Saturday: 12:30-4:30pm

For every appointment, it is best to schedule at the very least, if possible 2-3 weeks ahead of time as there is limited availability. Please keep in mind, you may have a special request and props may have to be ordered.


Newborns

Please don’t forget your babies’ baby bag. It is asked if your baby’s last feeding is two hours prior to your arrival. When you arrive to your session, it is then best to feed your baby. We want baby to be as sleepy or calm as possible. Gloves are worn for babies protection through out their session. All newborn clothing and props are sanitized and washed after each session. White noise or a shusher will be played to keep baby in a calming environment. We ask if you can please keep inside voices on, while baby is in a photoshoot session.


Assistants
Assistant’s are generally present in the session to assist, if needed.

Clothing
Clothing is available for many different session but are LIMITED. For newborns, there are lots of blankets, headbands, tieback, knits and props you may choose from. If there is an outfit you need and is not available at the studio, you must bring it in. For maternity, there are a few options to choose from between fabric sheets and tulle robes. For children, there are rompers, dresses, and different themed outfits (sizes do vary). Please call or email to discuss what is available.

Background
Our studio has a variety backgrounds. You are welcome to choose your favorite backgrounds. ( You must notify the design you would like set up prior to your arrival). If you have a special request for a theme you would like, please make sure you book in advance so your backdrop can be ordered (if needed) in a timely manner.

Hair and Makeup
Hair and makeup is available for a fee paid to the Stylist. You must call or email to discuss.

Ordering
We have a full product catalog available of prints, books, canvases, frames and other items. These items are available for an additional charge. Since Covid19 most of our ordering is held via phone or email.

Payments
Payments are made with a deposit at booking. The deposit covers your private studio session, photographer’s time to set up and take pictures. The remaining balance is paid at end of first session. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, zelle, Apple Pay, cash app, and cash. There is a $5 fee for using all electronic forms of payments except Zelle. If extra edits are picked, they must be paid for FIRST in order to receive all edits including the edits that comes with the package.

Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your session completely, you can reschedule for a later future session ONE time only. Deposits are non refundable. You have until 24 hours PRIOR TO ORIGINAL BOOKING, to reschedule for a future date. Your rescheduling can go towards any type of photoshoot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to rebook for a different date. Please keep in mind, there may be another client after you. We can NOT go into a client’s session. If there is NOT a client booked after your photoshoot session and you are running late pass 10 minutes, you will have to pay $50, after 15 minutes your session is canceled and you must rebook. Your deposit will NOT count towards a rebooked session.

Scheduling
Scheduling appointments are handled online. For newborns we suggest photographing within the first two weeks of birth. Newborn appointments should be scheduled either BEFORE delivery or WITHIN the first week of giving birth. When you are scheduling an appointment, you will pick the best time and date that works for you. You will receive an email confirmation that your date and time is available, along with the address. If your time isn’t available, you will be emailed a list of suggested times that are closest to your original preferred date/time. Please keep in mind, it takes up to 48 hours for non edit watermarked images to be sent. Pictures take 10-12 business days for editing from the date of your returned favored images excluding weekends and holidays. Book accordingly.

Retouching Service

Basic Retouching: Included in all packaging

Correcting exposure, color grading, sharpness and clarity of the image.

All watermarked proofs are sent out via email. Favorites picked by yourself will be retouched for final editing. Final edits are not watermarked.

Social Media
Kayla, is very active in Social Media, however; she does respect the right to privacy. Sneak peaks are available after sessions and Kayla will always ask if you would like images posted to Social Media. If you do not want images posted publicity please mention at your session. Kayla is very careful about her work and rarely shows nude or personal images unless it has been pre-approved by the subjects.

Studio
Every client is allowed up to ONE extra guest (including children). If you will need more than one guest, please ask in advance. Music will be played during your session. For newborns it will be a shusher or white noise. As for children and adults, you can decide your musical preference if any. Safety is a number one rule. Kayla ask if all props can be used correctly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for anything being used incorrectly. Please make sure food and drinks are cleaned up after your session and diapers are thrown in the garbage. Please keep the dressing room clean for the person after you. Everything will be sanitized and cleaned for each and every session. When accompanying your infant/child on a prop or on the floor, it is very important to pay attention.
